What utilities are included?
It depends on the home. Each listing says exactly what's included (often water and trash) and what you set up yourself (usually electric and internet).
Do you allow pets?
Many of our homes are pet-friendly. Look for the 🐾 'Pets allowed' tag. A pet deposit and monthly pet rent may apply, and breed and size limits vary.
Can I use a guarantor (co-signer)?
Yes! Students and first-time renters are welcome to apply with a parent or guardian as a guarantor.
How long are leases?
Most leases run 12 months, and many line up with the UMHB academic year. Ask us about other terms.
